Wolfgang Maaß，教授，德国人工智能研究中心(DFKI)科学主任、德国萨尔兰大学商务信息学领域的专家，兼任计算机科学教授，同时担任认知制造实验室(CML)的负责人。目前围绕如何通过人工智能优化企业韧性开展研究，在Journal of the Association for Information System、Decision Support Systems以及Computers in Human Behavior等期刊上发表文章。
With a turnover of €171 billion and approx. 580,000 employees, the food industry plays a strategically important role in the German economy, both economically and socially. Digitization represents an opportunity for the food industry to increase efficiency by utilizing internal and external data (e.g., data-based process optimization).Data products created along the production process are regarded as an independent economic good. Currently, data is generated on site within the local ecosystems of producers, food producers, retailers, etc. and directly processed into usable data products at the local level using data-analytical, AI-based services (Smart Analytics Services). Smart Analytics Services (SAS) are provided by individual, centralized IoT platforms that characterize an inter- and intra-organizational local data market. In our research we investigate how to support existing data markets with a data economic approach and to expand it towards a global ecosystem, which includes (IoT) platform providers in their role as data hubs as well as suppliers, information service providers, investors, etc. This means that the data produced and locally refined into data products has a value in itself that can subsequently be enriched and utilized by data users, i.e. market participants, in further refinement steps. In a decentrally organized, global data markets, such as GAIA-X, market participants are able to access data products from the platforms of all data producers, aggregate them using specific SAS and generate new data products.
